Mashed Potato Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. warm mashed potatoes
1 lb. powdered sugar
4 c. flaked coconut
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 cake paraffin
Preparation

Blend potatoes, vanilla, salt, sugar and coconut.
Form into bite size balls.
Melt chocolate and paraffin in microwave or double boiler until liquid.
Stir well.
Dip potato balls in mixture.
Drain on waxed paper.
Cool until firm.
