Mock Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground beef
1 c. milk
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
flour
oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation

Mix milk, cracker crumbs and meat.
Press down flat in a cookie sheet.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
Cut meat in squares.
Flour and brown in oil.
Put meat squares in Dutch oven. Mix soups together in the same skillet meat was browned in.
Spread over meat and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
