Mini Cheesecake Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
2 to 3 Tbsp. water
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg or preserves
Preparation

In small bowl, stir together flour, 1/3 cup sugar and cocoa. Cut in margarine until pieces are the size of a small pea. Sprinkle with water, 1 tablespoon at a time, tossing until all is moistened.
Form dough into a ball; divide into 24 balls.
Place each in an ungreased 1 3/4-inch muffin cup.
Press evenly against bottom and side of cup for filling.
In a small mixer bowl, beat cheese and 1/4 cup sugar until fluffy.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
