Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. cooked rice
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 large can (2 small cans) condensed mushroom soup
Preparation

Mix ground beef, rice, egg, onion, salt and pepper.
Shape into 16 balls.
In skillet, brown meatballs in small amount of oil.
Drain off fat.
Blend soup and water to meat balls in pan. Cook over low heat 20 to 30 minutes or until done.
Serve over cooked rice.
