Fresh Berries With Orange Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pt. strawberries
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
1 c. heavy cream

Preparation

Wash and hull berries.
Cut in half or leave whole.
Combine them with 1 tablespoon of sugar in a small bowl.
