Quick-Rise Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. warm water (105~, 41~C)
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil or shortening
    5 to 6 c. flour
Preparation
    Stir together the yeast, dry milk, salt and 3 cups flour until well blended.
    Add the warm water, honey, egg and oil.
    Mix at medium speed for 3 minutes with an electric mixer.
    Add enough flour to make a stiff dough.
    Knead for 8 to 10 minutes.
