Eleanor'S Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced, cooked chicken
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/3 c. green pepper
    1 jar chopped pimento
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Toss chicken and celery and set aside.
    Combine all other ingredients, except chow mein noodles.
    When well blended, stir in chicken and celery thoroughly.
    Place in 2 1/2-quart casserole and cover.
    Heat in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Serve over hot chow mein noodles or serve noodles on the side.
