Tijuana Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 chopped onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 can kernel corn
    1 can olives
    1 large can enchilada sauce
    1 can chili beans
    1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and garlic.
    Drain, then add enchilada sauce.
    Wipe crock-pot with oil, then layer tortilla, layer of meat, tortilla, corn, chili beans, tortilla, olives and cheese. Repeat layers, top with sauce and cheese.
    Cook 8 hours on low.
