Cottage Cheese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sour cream
1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese, well drained
1/4 c. green pepper, diced
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. pimiento, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
dill weed to garnish (optional)
Preparation

Blend by hand the sour cream and cottage cheese.
Stir in green pepper, onion, pimiento, salt and pepper.
Serve on lettuce; sprinkle with dill.
This is pretty when used to stuff tomatoes. Also good for a low calorie dip.
