Rice And Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 small onion
    1 c. rice, raw
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. celery, chopped
    1 can mushroom soup
    3 c. hot water
    1/4 c. raw carrots
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain.
    Mix all ingredients and place in large well-greased casserole.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Stir once midway.
