Butterscotch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, separated
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine all in double boiler.
    Cook until thickened.
    Cool and place in pie shell.
    Top with meringue.
