Crawfish Fettucini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. crawfish
    1 qt. half and half
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 lb. egg noodles
    1/4 c. flour
    1 clove garlic
    celery (4 ribs)
    3 onions
    3 bell peppers
    parsley
    3 sticks butter
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook egg noodles following package directions.
    While noodles cook, chop celery, onions, bell peppers and parsley.
    Melt butter and put onions in for 10 minutes; add flour to butter and cook 10 minutes.
    Add crawfish and simmer 20 minutes.
    Add half and half, cheese, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Let cheese melt.
    Put noodles in pan, then pour sauce/crawfish on top. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and bake for 15 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 8 to 10 people.
