Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    5 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. vanilla or lemon
    3/4 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese until softened.
    Add eggs, 1 cup sugar, salt and almond extract.
    Beat until smooth and thick.
    Pour into spring pan.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until set. Remove from oven and cool in pan on cake rack 20 minutes (top will crack).
    Mix 2 tablespoons sugar, sour cream and vanilla.
    Pour over cooled cake.
    Return to oven and bake 10 minutes.
    Cool and then chill.
