Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. crumbled Blue cheese
1 (8 oz.) plus 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. instant onion
1 pkg. smoked chopped beef (or nuts if you prefer)
Preparation

Have cheese and butter soft, add onion.
Chill slightly to make it easy to form a ball.
After formed into a ball, roll in beef. Serve with crackers.
