Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 onion (optional)
    3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Coat meat.
    Brown meat on both sides.
    Add liquid.
    Simmer on low heat for 2 hours.
