Sweet Potatoes With Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sweet potatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    6 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    2/3 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and mash.
    Combine with egg, 3 tablespoons butter, orange juice and salt.
    Beat until light and fluffy.
    Fold in 1/3 cup pecans.
    Place into buttered shallow casserole. Sprinkle remaining nuts and sugar over top and drizzle with remaining butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
