Stuffed Tomatoes With Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chicken, diced
1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
6 medium size tomatoes

Preparation

Scoop out seeds and membranes from tomatoes.
Season inside with salt.
Fill each tomato with chicken salad.
