Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 small chopped onion
    rice
    1 medium can tomato juice
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and chopped onion.
    Season with salt and pepper; drain.
    Cook rice as directed.
    Add hamburger mixture.
    Stir in tomato juice, 1/2 or 3/4 of the can.
    Do not make soupy.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered.
    May also use macaroni instead of rice.
