Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    16 oz. chicken
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 to 3 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. broccoli (optional)
    1 large onion (large pieces)
    8 oz. mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. cashews
Preparation
    Saute first 3
    ingredients
    until
    done
    on medium-high (approximately 10 minutes).
    Add
    cream
    cheese
    to
    center of pan, reduce heat and cook
    5 minutes.
    Stir and blend in cream cheese.
    Set aside.
    In
    same skillet put 2 tablespoons margarine, broccoli, onion,
    mushrooms
    and soy sauce.
    Stir-fry on high approximately 5 minutes just until color of onion/broccoli changes.
    Add in chicken
    and simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
    Stir in cashews if desired.
