Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    8 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine half and half, eggs and seasonings; mix well.
    Toss cheese with flour.
    Add cheese and bacon to the egg mixture.
    Pour into a pastry shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
