End Of The Garden Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. green tomatoes, diced
    1 c. cucumbers, cubed
    1 c. green mango, chopped
    1 c. cabbage, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. carrots, chopped
    1 c. green beans, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    3 tsp. turmeric
    2 c. vinegar
    2 c. granulated sugar
    2 qt. water
    1/2 c. pickling salt
Preparation
    Mix water and salt; stir until dissolved.
    Pour over cucumbers, peppers, cabbage, onion and tomatoes.
    Soak overnight.
