Tropical Ham Slices - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1-inch) smoked ham slice
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. drained, unsweetened, cooked dried apricots
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. apricot cooked liquid
1/4 c. pineapple juice
Preparation

Place ham slice in roasting pan.
Spread top and sides with mustard and sprinkle with the brown sugar.
Chop apricots in blender (not too fine).
Add pineapple and liquids to apricots and mix well.
Pour over ham.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
