Butterscotch Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. SuperMoist white cake mix
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. butterscotch instant pudding and pie filling
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 egg whites
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 12-cup Bundt cake pan. Beat cake mix (dry), pudding and pie filling (dry), milk, oil and egg whites in large bowl on low speed 30 seconds.
    Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Pour into pan and spread evenly.
    Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan; turn upside down onto heatproof serving plate.
    Remove pan; cool cake completely.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
    Yields 12 servings.
