Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    3/4 c. melted oleo
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
    2 c. crushed corn flakes or Stove Top stuffing
Preparation
    Defrost potatoes. Combine in bowl with 1/2 cup oleo. Season with salt, pepper, onion, cheese, sour cream and soup. Place in 3-quart casserole (or two 1 1/2-quart). Mix remaining oleo with corn flakes. Sprinkle over top. Bake for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
