Baked Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    2 (10 oz.) cans beef broth
    1 large onion, diced
    1 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Melt butter or margarine in frying pan.
    Add diced onion and cook to soften (few minutes).
    Add beef broth and uncooked rice. Stir, then pour into buttered casserole and bake 1 hour in preheated 350\u00b0
    oven.
