Fat Free French Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1 c. diet ginger ale
    2/3 c. white vinegar
    artificial sweetener to equal 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 1/2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. grated sweet onion
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in diet ginger ale in a blender.
    Add vinegar, artificial sweetener, catsup, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, salt and lemon juice.
    Blend at high speed until thoroughly mixed.
    Pour into a glass jar.
    Add onion and garlic.
    Shake well and refrigerate.
    Let stand 3 hours before using.
