Best-Ever Piccalilli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

22 medium-sized green tomatoes
6 green peppers
1 pt. small onions, cut up
6 sweet red peppers
1 1/2 qt. vinegar
3 1/2 c. white sugar
1/4 c. salt
1 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation

Quarter tomatoes and green and red peppers.
Put through food chopper, using medium blade; drain.
Place vegetables in large kettle.
Add vinegar; boil 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
Drain and discard juice.
