Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. rhubarb
1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1/2 stick butter
1 Tbsp. flour
1 baked pie shell
meringue
Preparation
-
Mix first 5 ingredients and cook slowly until thick, like jelly, stirring constantly.
Pour mixture into baked shell. Cover with meringue and brown.
