Impossible Ham 'N Swiss Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fully cooked smoked ham
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. chopped green onions
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease a 10 x 1 x 1/2-inch pie plate. Sprinkle ham, cheese and onion in plate.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high, or 1 minute with hand beater.
Pour into plate over ham and cheese mixture.
Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool about 5 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
