Cheesecake Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. graham cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Stir together first 4 ingredients.
    Add melted butter and mix until crumbly.
    Pat into ungreased 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
    Cream together cream cheese and 1/3 cup sugar.
    Add egg, lemon peel and lemon juice and mix well. Pour over baked layer.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle top with the 2 tablespoons of graham cracker crumbs. Cool, cut into bars and store in refrigerator.
    These bars will freeze well.
