Terri'S Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 c. sliced peaches
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 (9-inch) pie crusts
Preparation
    Put peaches in bowl.
    Stir in sugar, flour and cinnamon.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Dot with butter.
    Add top crust and seal.
    Cut vent in top crust.
    Brush top crust with water.
    Sprinkle with sugar.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until crust is done.
