Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

2 c. Minute rice
20 oz. bag frozen broccoli
1 large jar Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can warm water
1 small can mushroom pieces
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation

Put rice and broccoli in large bowl.
Melt Cheez Whiz in microwave and pour over rice and broccoli.
Add soup, warm water and mushroom pieces.
Saute onions and celery in margarine.
Pour over all ingredients.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
