Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    2 slices bread, soaked in 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. celery, chopped fine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix well and shape into balls. Place in baking dish and pour 2 1/2 cups tomato juice over balls. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Best if simmered awhile.
