Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. mustard powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. vinegar (I dilute this slightly)
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly (sticks very easily to saucepan).
    Excellent for deviled eggs, ham sandwiches, potato, macaroni, egg and tuna salad.
