Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 box light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 gal. homogenized milk
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix butter and pecans and roast.
Mix all other ingredients; add roasted pecans and put into ice cream freezer and churn. Yield: 4 qt.
