Lemon Loaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, softened
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    grated zest of 1 lemon and juice of 3 lemons
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Sift together the flour, salt and soda. Alternately add flour mixture and buttermilk to the egg mixture. Stir in zest and nuts.
    Pour in 2 greased loaf pans and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
