Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 unbaked pie shell
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    1 tsp. lemon or vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Blend in sugar, buttermilk, flavoring, butter and coconut.
    Blend thoroughly.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until firm.
