Party Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. potatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
1 c. half and half
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation

Cook and thoroughly drain potatoes.
In mixer, whip cream cheese and half and half.
Slowly add potatoes.
Whip and add butter and seasonings.
Place in casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Can be made several days ahead and stored in refrigerator until 30 minutes before serving time.
