Crochet Starch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. water
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Place the ingredients over low heat; stir until clear, not sugary.
    Don't let mixture boil!
    Let cool.
    Wet crochet with water, then blot excess moisture with a towel, then dip in mixture.
    Shape and let dry.
