Uncle Deiter'S Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. red skin potatoes (approximately 20 potatoes)
    3 c. sour cream
    4 c. shredded cheese (1/2 white and 1/2 yellow cheese)
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook potatoes; shred potatoes with skins on.
    Melt cheese and butter in microwave and fold into the potatoes.
    Mix sour cream with ingredients and bake at 325\u00b0 until top is brown.
    This freezes well for further use.
