Moe'S Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken wings, cut into pieces (throw away tips)
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/3 c. cooking sherry
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2/3 c. light corn syrup
    1/8 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Brown 1/2 the wings at a time for better browning.
    Drain oil. Saute garlic.
    Add all ingredients plus all wings.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover.
    Simmer 20 minutes, turning wings once after 10 minutes.
    Uncover.
    Turn to high and boil wings until glazed, about 10 minutes.
