Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken cutlets
    1 jar apricot preserves
    1 can crushed pineapple
    boiled ham
    flour
    salt
    pepper
    oil
Preparation
    Pound chicken cutlets until thin.
    Roll together chicken cutlet and 1/2 slice of boiled ham.
    Hold together with toothpicks.
    Flour, salt and pepper the rolled chicken cutlets and brown in oil.
