Salmon Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon, bone removed and drained
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    4 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix all
    ingredients
    except nuts.
    Blend until smooth. Shape in roll, wrap
    in
    foil and freeze for 2 hours.
    Roll in nuts. Keep
    chilled
    until ready to serve.
    Serve with crackers.
