Cinnamon Bread(One And One-Half Pound Loaf For Bread Machine) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/8 c. water (very warm)
    3 c. bread flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. dry milk
    1 egg (room temperature)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter (room temperature)
    2 1/4 tsp. bread machine yeast (room temperature)
Preparation
    Set machine to dough-mix setting and mix dough, then let dough rest 10 minutes on floured surface.
    Flatten to a 10 x 12-inch rectangle.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
    Roll dough, pinch the ends and place in a greased bread pan.
    Moisten the top with milk, then sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
    Let rise.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until bread is done.
