Sausage Casserole(Club Member: Lee Ann Mcraney) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. raw rice
1 lb. sausage
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water
1 small can mushrooms (optional)
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
-
Brown sausage and drain well.
Add remaining ingredients, except cheese.
Put in casserole dish and cover with foil.
Bake about 45 minutes or until done.
Put grated cheese on top last 15 minutes of baking time.
