Turkey Hawaiian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. water
    2 c. cubed, cooked turkey
    fat for frying
    1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. chicken stock base
    1 each: green and red pepper, cut into eighths
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 (8 oz.) jar onions, drained
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients and water.
    Beat until smooth. Add turkey and stir well until all pieces are coated.
    Drop into hot, shallow fat and brown on all sides; keep warm.
    Drain pineapple juice into saucepan.
    Blend in cornstarch.
    Add butter, pineapple and remaining ingredients.
    Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Add turkey and serve at once.
    Makes 4 servings.
