Down Home Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf French bread
    5 large eggs
    1 large can evaporated milk
    2 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. hot water
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar, mixed with 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Slice
    bread
    and
    toast lightly.
    Place in 2 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Beat
    eggs, sugar and vanilla together.
    Add hot water to the
    egg mixture.
    Pour over bread and allow to soak for about
    10 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and bake in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
