Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can artichoke hearts, drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
dash of white pepper
Preparation

Grind artichoke hearts in food processor until smooth.
Mix with mayonnaise and cheese.
Pour into dish.
Cover with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, until light brown. Serve with Triscuits crackers.
