Coconut Pound Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1/2 c. shortening
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. coconut flavoring
    3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1- 6 oz. pkg. coconut
Preparation
    Cream together butter, shortening, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and coconut flavoring.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Mix together.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes in a greased and floured tube pan.
