Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground round
5 eggs
3 c. Italian bread crumbs
2 c. grated Parmesan
1/2 c. fine chopped garlic
1/2 c. Italian parsley, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. olive oil
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together until mixture feels soft and sticks together.
Add a little warm water, if necessary; form into balls.
Fry in olive oil until very dark brown, turning often. This may be added to your favorite tomato sauce or can be served alone.
